Auto-Tally provides software to process bank statements and GST data into TallyPrime vouchers. We may improve, change or add features over time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload, for keeping your login secure, and for the activity of users you add to your firm. You must have the right to process the data you upload.
New firms start on a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription. If a subscription lapses, your account becomes read-only — your data stays safe and viewable — until you renew. Fees and plan limits are shown in the app.
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other firms' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Your data remains yours. You can export it or delete your account at any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
Auto-Tally assists with bookkeeping but does not replace professional judgement. Always review the output before posting to Tally or filing. The service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or for non-payment.
